Uploaded documents and files
Uploaded documents may include agreements, training materials, business records, and other resources. Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and share those files. ResidualOS uses access controls and protected file routes where implemented, but users should not upload information they are not authorized to store or share.
Data retention
Data may be retained while an account or workspace is active and as needed for operations, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backup, or audit purposes. Deactivated accounts may no longer have access, but historical workspace records may remain unless separately deleted or purged.
User choices and account access
Users may request account support, access assistance, correction, or deletion review by contacting support. Workspace owners may also manage partners, documents, leads, and related records inside their own workspace.
Security practices
ResidualOS uses workspace scoping, role-based access patterns, protected routes, session controls, and document access restrictions designed to limit access to authorized users. No system is 100% secure, and users should use strong passwords and avoid uploading unauthorized sensitive information.
