Terms of Service

You may use ResidualOS only if you can form a binding agreement and are authorized to use the workspace, partner portal, or beta account provided to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify the workspace owner or ResidualOS support if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Configuring the workspace, partner portal, programs, documents, payout terms, and training resources accurately.
• Ensuring uploaded documents, lead data, merchant prospect data, and partner records are lawful and authorized.
• Reviewing partner submissions, payout eligibility, commission terms, and residual estimates before relying on them.

Partner, referral, appointment setter, and sales partner users must submit accurate information, follow workspace instructions, and avoid misrepresenting offers, payment processing terms, approvals, or expected earnings.

Lead/demo submissions should be accurate and authorized. ResidualOS does not guarantee commissions, bonuses, residuals, earnings, merchant approvals, processor approvals, demos, or closed deals unless separately agreed in writing by the relevant parties.

ResidualOS may change, suspend, or discontinue features during beta and future releases. Availability may depend on hosting, storage, browser, and third-party service providers.

Users retain responsibility for content they upload or enter, including documents, agreements, links, training resources, notes, prospect information, and partner materials. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

• Illegal activity or unauthorized access.
• Spam, deceptive outreach, or misrepresentation of merchant/payment processing offers.
• Uploading malware, unlawful content, or sensitive information without authorization.
• Circumventing security, abusing APIs, scraping, or interfering with platform operation.

ResidualOS™ and related product names, logos, and marks are trademarks or service marks of AEA Strategic Solutions LLC. The platform, design, workflows, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AEA Strategic Solutions LLC, except for user-provided content.

ResidualOS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, especially during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEA Strategic Solutions LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, security risk, inactivity, beta program changes, or workspace-owner decisions.
